• Developer Sprint: MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development
• DaaS (Developer as a Service): continuous development and maintenance
• Pocket Dev: on-demand development by hour packages
• Integration with no-code and low-code platforms (Bubble, WeWeb, n8n)
• WhatsApp API integration facilitation
• AI agent development and automation

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or hiring our services, you declare that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
• You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use
• You agree to our Privacy Policy

4. Website Use

4.1. License to Use

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Website Content

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software, is the property of Estare Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. Developed Works

Intellectual property of developed works will be defined in a specific contract for each project. Generally:

• The client obtains rights to the final product upon full payment
• Estare Apps may retain rights to reusable components, libraries and frameworks
• Estare Apps may use the project in portfolio, unless under confidentiality agreement

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and GDPR.

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be defined in each contract or commercial proposal.

Refund policies vary by service type:

• Developer Sprint: specific conditions in the contract
• DaaS: generally non-refundable, but with right to cancel for future months
• Pocket Dev: hour packages have expiration dates as agreed

Payment disputes must be communicated within 30 days.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1. Service Warranties

We warrant that:

• We will provide services with professional quality and market best practices
• Delivered products will function as specified in scope
• We will correct bugs identified during the warranty period defined in contract

9.2. Warranty Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that:

• The website will always be available or error-free
• Information on the website is completely accurate or up-to-date
• The website meets all your specific needs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

• You must comply with the terms and policies of each third-party platform
• Changes in third-party APIs or policies may affect functionalities

12. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of business information shared during projects. We may enter into specific non-disclosure agreements (NDA) when appropriate.

Public information, independent developments and information obtained from third parties are not subject to confidentiality.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if you violate these Terms of Use.

Service contracts may be terminated according to specific terms agreed in each project.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, etc.) will remain valid.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be notified through the website or by email.

Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

• These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding website use
